A Distinctive Name and Logo

The partners at Ushers have spent a great deal of time in researching our unique logo. We think you will agree that the “U” on our For Sale/ Sold &To Let/ Let By Boards is very eye catching. We want potential Buyers/ Tenants to see our board first, at your property, which helps us achieve a quicker sale/ let.

SMS Text Messaging

With many of our Clients being in meetings and unable to always take voice calls, the demand from our Clients for our SMS service is high. Unlike many of our Competitors, who do not use text messaging, we send 1200+ text messages a month. Our Owners benefit from their Properties reaching our Buyers/ Tenants quicker and our Buyers/ Tenants benefit from being updated often the same day as receiving any New Instruction.

Full Colour Emails (as well as particulars)

With most of our Clients being online, they expect their Agent to also have the facility to communicate online. Unlike many of our Competitors, who email attachments, and cannot re produce colour particulars by email, Ushers use cutting edge technology, which allows us to send our Property particulars out embedded in the email instead of attaching large files for photos. This means that if we have taken 12 photos, we can email ALL of them within this embedded email, and not have 12 attachments. Our Owner & Buyers often compliment us on this great way of displaying Properties electronically, and helps our Clients to achieve a quicker Sale.

FREE Virtual Tours

The Partners at Ushers are always looking for new technology to help our Clients & our Business. We chose Virtual Tours over floor plans, because floor plans are not 100% to scale, have no measurements and are so small on the Websites, many people we have spoken to on this, choose not to rely on them, and prefer the Virtual Tours. Virtual Tours, on the other hand allow us to show more of a room or garden than what a conventional photo can produce, thus giving our Clients the feel of actually being in the room without being in the room. The result is that when Buyers view the Property, having already seen the Virtual Tour, they are more serious, already having been able to have a virtual view of that same Property. This service is FREE, as part of our extensive marketing of our Clients Property.

Extensive Newspaper Advertising

From when Ushers first opened back in February 2003, we secured a PREMIUM advert in the Guardian Property Newspaper. Being always at the front end of the Paper, on pages 4/5, our adverts get seen first. Most of our competitors have a rolling page, so they can be page 10 one week and then page 48 the following week, offering no consistency. With a Property paper that often has 95+ pages of Properties a week, our Clients can benefit from our advert being one of the 1st to be seen EVERY week. Getting your Property seen 1st gives you a better chance of Selling!

Latest Computers & TFT Flat screens (Networked)

We believe that ALL staff should be able to show off our Clients Properties. That is why, unlike many of our competitors, the Partners have a top range computer on EVERY desk along with large TFT flat screen monitors, that can show off the photos and virtual tours with great clarity. When buyers register with us, we can print or email FULL colour particulars at the push of a button.
